International Realtors Conference 2021 was held on the 14th August 2021 at Ikeja, Lagos state to give realtors insights into Digital marketing which they need to get clients regularly online. The conference was attended by realtors from different locations.
Mr. Dayo Afariogun the Managing Director of Medorf Exr Solutions after researching on reasons why most realtors find it difficult to close sales brought this opportunity to realtors knowing that the rate at which technology is going, Digital marketing is the best way for consistence sales.
According to Mr. Dayo Afariogun, “After today’s training and practical, I assure you that getting clients and closing sales will be easy for you.”
The marketing manager of Medorf Exr Solutions Mr. Oluwafemi Daramola talked about Medorf available estates, their features, prices etc. after which Mr. Dayo Afariogun ushered in the main speaker of the day Mr. Saint Okpogode.
Mr. Saint Okpogode who is a prolific expert in Digital Marketing, took the realtors through what digital marketing is all about, sessions on how to optimize Real estate business digitally, the A.I.D.A formula for effective sales, formulas for creating high value content, ways to become more visible digitally as a realtor, Reaching more customers with paid AD etc. According to Mr. Saint Okpogode, “The level of money you attract is directly proportional to the quality of the knowledge you possess. Therefore, increase your knowledge, put it to work and see your income increase.”
In the later part of the conference, Email marketing, Facebook and LinkedIn Ads were practically done. This left all participants highly happy with so much testimonies.
Finally, the M.D of Medorf Exr Solutions, Mr. Dayo Afariogun gave opportunity for realtors to ask questions on difficulties in closing sales, clarification on digital marketing and issues relating to network marketing in real estate.
